This wine has a beautiful dark, rich colour. An exceptionally complex wine with dark fruit and cloves on the nose. Full bodied, succulent and approachable. Tannins elegantly integrated.

Vinification and Maturation
Grapes are harvested at a full ripe stage at 24- and 25 degrees Balling. The crushed grapes are inoculated with pure yeast and fermented dry at 26 – 28 ° C.
Alcoholic fermentation is completed in about 7-8 days.
The wine is barrel-aged in French Oak.

Vinification and Maturation
Grapes used for the production of this wine originate from the Wellington area. Wine grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness of 24 degrees Balling in the early morning hours to keep the grapes cool.

Vinification and Maturation
Grapes are grown in alluvial soils and controlled irrigation. Grapes were sourced from trellised and bush vines and picked dully ripe. Fermentation lasted 7 days. After which wine underwent malolactic fermentation. Further matured for 8 months using a mixture of barrels and staves.
