Characteristics

This Pinotage displays a beautiful purple colour with a bright red colour hue. The perfect partner with venison and red meat.  This wine can be delightfully paired with any Cape Malay-inspired dish.  Refreshingly different served with a rich decadent chocolate souffle.

Vinification and Maturation

Grapes used for the production of this wine originate from the Wellington area.  Wine grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness of 24 degrees Balling in the early morning hours to keep the grapes cool.
