1. Detailed description of goods
BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD is a business in the Wine & Spirits industry.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 working days days and delivery confirmed by way email.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only. Exports will be quoted separately on email enquiries.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee. Credit will only be given if proof of damaged goods is provided.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at admin@bayede.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return delivery email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at admin@bayede.co.za.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
5. Customer Privacy policy
BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
BAYEDE MARKETING (PTY) LTD may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
