    In the Vineyard & Cellar: Grapes are grown in alluvial soils and controlled irrigation. Grapes were sourced from trellised and bush vines and pike dully ripe. Fermentation lasted 7 days. After which wine underwent malolactic fermentation. Further matured for 8 months using a mixture of barrels and staves.

Through minimal intervention in the vinification process, we allowed the wine to express their individual characteristics as well as the soil of their origin. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir was vinified separately
    allowing us to determine the final style of this fruit driven wine.
