Vinification and Maturation

Grapes are harvested at a full ripe stage.
The crushed grapes are inoculated with pure yeast and fermented dry at 26 – 28 ° C.
Wine grapes are harvested at 24- and 25-degrees Balling.
Alcoholic fermentation is completed in about 7-8 days.
Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
