King Goodwill Zwelithini's
signature wine label, Bayede!
has surprised many by winning a
gold award at the 5th
international wine show in
Yantai, China. The competition
was sponsored by Colombin, one
of the world's main corkage
manufacturers. The italy based
company commissioned an
international panel of judges to
give their impressions of a
number of international and
domestic Chinese wines. Bayede!
King Shaka Jubilee Bordeaux
blend 2006 made history when it
was awarded a gold accolade at
this international wine show.
Bayede! was the only SA wine
that received a gold award! Only
4 gold accolades in total were
awarded at this show.

The king is celebrating his 40
year reign as the longest
reigning king of the Zulu
nation. He was crowned at the
age of only 23 years old.

collection.
